Purchase Order

General Provision

Before beginning a purchase, the customer is bound to study and understand this purchase order, and delivery and claim conditions. In the case of need (order confirmation etc.) we contact a customer by email, telephone or fax. A customer has the right to return goods in 14 days from receiving it without giving reasons and refund for money or other goods.

Value Added Tax

All product prices are quoted with V.A.T.

As soon as we obtain your order we send back an order confirmation by email.

Order revocation on customer's part

An ordered goods delivery and a rescision of contract on the customer's part is followed by the law 367/2000 Coll. If the payment was performed in advance and the order is cancelled before the goods are dispatched, the advance will be held back to an account. In the case of the payment in advance, it can be the case of a unilateral order revocation by the client repaid to the advance lowered by bank charges which were counted to the payment receiver by the bank. The bank charge is after current valid bank tariffs of a payment received in the moment of the advance payment.

Order revocation on distributor's part

We reserve the right to the order or part of its revocation in these cases:

  • 1) the goods are not already made or delivered
  • 2) The price or conditions of their delivery were markedly changed.

If this situation happens we will contact you immediately by email or telephone and arrange the next procedure (compensation of the ordered goods with other ones, order cancelling,...). If you have already paid for your goods and the total sum is lower than the paid amount, your money will be transferred back to your account as soon as possible. In the case that the total sum is higher you will be given the price difference.

Return of goods

Return of goods is possible in accordance with a complaint order and the law 367/2000 Coll.

Claim Conditions

Delivery checking

We recommend that the customer checks the content of the delivery when receiving the package from the transporter. If the content of the delivery is not complete, the goods are damaged or do not respond to the list in the invoice, the customer should make a claim directly with the transporter. If it is not possible to check the package immediately during its exchange with the transporter, the customer is bound to check it without delay in 24 hours, and to notify the seller immediately about the recognized troubles.

Return of goods

The customer has the right in the case of any dissatifaction with the delivered goods to return it and apply the refunded money to other goods. The customer has this right in a time-limit of 14 days after receiving the delivery. The return means taking goods directly to the sender. The customer covers postage costs. The cost for goods will be returned to the customer by post, or money transfer to his or her account five working days at the latest after the receiving of goods. Payment for transport and packaging fees will not be returned. The customer has the right to return the goods without giving any reasons. In this case the returned goods have to be unused, undamaged and clean.

Transport of goods under complaint

The customer has to transport the goods under complaint personally, or send it to the address of the delivery (the place of drawing claims). If the claim is admitted, after its settlement the customer will be invited to withdraw the delivery. In the case of interest, the goods can be sent to the customer after an agreement (by post or a transport company).

False claim

Due to false claim, (the announced fault is not found or the fault does not fall under the claim) the seller can apply for reimbursement of cost incurred for testing or repairs in accordance with the current price list of services.

Goods delivery in the Czech Republic

  • We send the goods after the order and relevant payment are received (see Terms of Payment)
  • We send the goods by default from the Czech Post Office.
  • Goods ship in 10 working days from the day of the received payment.
  • Goods ship in 10 working days from the day of the received order (cash on delivery).

Transport and packaging charges

  • The order to 1000 CZK = 80 CZK (COD + 12 CZK)
  • The order above 1000 CZK = Free

Goods delivery in the European Union

  • We send the goods after receiving the order and relevant payment (see Terms of Payment)
  • We send the goods by default from the Czech Post Office.
  • We do not send the goods from cash on delivery.
  • Goods ship in 10 working days from the day of the received payment.

  • The order to 50 EUR = 80 CZK
  • The order above 50 EUR = Free

  • We send the goods after receiving the order and relevant payment (see Terms of Payment)
  • We send the goods by default from the Czech Post Office.
  • We do not send the goods from cash on delivery.
  • Goods ship in 10 working days from the day of the received payment.

  • The order above 50 EUR = Free

  • The order above 1,000 CZK - a 10% discount and transport free
  • The order above 5,000 CZK - a 20% discount and transport free
  • The order above 10,000 CZK - a 30% discount and transport free
